Cancellation Policy

Booking and Check-In/Check-Out Policies.

Advance Bookings: Guests must make a valid prepaid reservation and provide valid ID upon arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Check-in from 2:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in/ check-out is subject to availability and chargeable at a rate of 1500/ Hour.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Terms: All payment are to be paid in advance during check-in and include accepted payment methods.
Cancellation and Refunds: The reservation is non-refundable upon cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy: Early Check-in/ Late Check-out – It is subjected to availability and on chargeable basis.

Note:- Long stays more than 15 days, the electricity bill must be paid by the guest on actuals per unit ₹ 7:75

Guest Conduct

Noise Levels: “Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM”.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly Prohibited inside rooms and only allowed in designated areas (garden).
Prohibited Activities: Any illegal activities viz. excessive noise or disturbances will lead to eviction without a refund.

Liability and Security

Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be chargeable against the breakage at the management’s decision.
Valuables: The establishment is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
Injury or Accidents: The property owner or Management is not responsible for any injuries occurred due to carelessness of guests, however a first aid kid is readily available at the reception for minor injuries.

Room and Property Use

Maximum Occupancy: Each room is designated for a specific number of guests allowed. Any extra guests will bear an additional cost of 1,500.00/Person/Night and it has to be paid in advance during check-in.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: Guests must maintain cleanliness and notify if any damages or malfunctions immediately on check-in to the host/ care taker.
Amenities: The house rules for the all the amenities like Swimming Pool, Garden area are strictly to be followed as per Management’s decision.
Outside Guests: Outside Guests are strictly not are allowed inside the room, however, they can meet at garden area.

Pets and Accessibility

Pet Policy: Only trained Pets are allowed against a security deposit of Rs 10,000/- and will be refunded during check-out post verification of the amenities for any damages, if any.
Accessibility: Specify facilities for guests with special needs, if applicable.

Force Majeure

Include a clause protecting the owner from liability for cancellations or inconveniences due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
