Cancellation & Refund

All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount after deducting transaction charges.
Cancellation between 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% of the booking tariff will be forfeited.
Cancellation within 3 days of check-in / No-show: No refund will be applicable.
Early check-out: No refund will be provided for unused nights.
Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original mode of payment.
