The apartment is located right in the happening place next to BAGA AND CALANGUTE BEACH, It has beautifully done up 3 Bedrooms with attached washrooms and a huge living room and a TV to have a relaxed stay , airy rooms with balcony will make you feel relaxed , on the ground floor you have access to our restaurant URBAN JUNGLE .

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place and enjoy your vacation. we have swimming pool in next building at our resort.

The space: Swimming pool is common for resort guest and Apartment guests, we request you to follow pool side regulations, no diving and swim costumes are 100 percent mandatory

Guest access: After booking, you will have access to the bedroom, living area, in house cafe, BBQ, indoor games, outdoor games. We have friendly staff at property to help you have a wonderful holiday

Other things to note: We can organize parties, Dj’s, dancers for your entertainment. We also allow you to play music at the property. After 10 pm the volume is reduced as per local law. These services cost extra. Please message me in advance if you need them.

Good news if you have pets on vacation. Pets are allowed at this property.

Booking and Check-In/Check-Out Policies.

Advance Bookings: Guests must make a valid prepaid reservation and provide valid ID upon arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Check-in from 2:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in/ check-out is subject to availability and chargeable at a rate of 1500/ Hour.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment Terms: All payment are to be paid in advance during check-in and include accepted payment methods.
Cancellation and Refunds: The reservation is non-refundable upon cancellations or no-shows.

Guest Conduct

Noise Levels: “Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM”.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly Prohibited inside rooms and only allowed in designated areas (garden).
Prohibited Activities: Any illegal activities viz. excessive noise or disturbances will lead to eviction without a refund.

Liability and Security

Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be chargeable against the breakage at the management’s decision.
Valuables: The establishment is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
Injury or Accidents: The property owner or Management is not responsible for any injuries occurred due to carelessness of guests, however a first aid kid is readily available at the reception for minor injuries.

Room and Property Use

Maximum Occupancy: Each room is designated for a specific number of guests allowed. Any extra guests will bear an additional cost of 1,500.00/Person/Night and it has to be paid in advance during check-in.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: Guests must maintain cleanliness and notify if any damages or malfunctions immediately on check-in to the Reception .
Amenities: The house rules for the common amenities like Swimming Pool, Bar & Restaurant and Gazebo are strictly to be followed as per Management’s decision
Outside Guests. Outside Guests are strictly not are allowed inside the room, however, they can meet at restaurant areas.
Access to Swimming Pool by outside Guests. Outside guests are strictly not allowed inside the Swimming Pool, however can be avail the facility at a cost of Rs 300.00/ Hour and it is to be paid in advance at the reception.

Food and Beverage

Outside Foods & Beverages, Alcohol including any small snack is strictly prohibited. Violation to the rules will attract high penalty and it solely lies in the decision of Management.

Pets and Accessibility

Pet Policy: Only trained Pets are allowed against a security deposit of Rs 10,000/- and will be refunded during check-out post verification of the amenities for any damages, if any.
Accessibility: Specify facilities for guests with special needs, if applicable.

Force Majeure

Include a clause protecting the owner from liability for cancellations or inconveniences due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for violations of policies without refund.

Security Deposit

Guests have to deposit an amount of Rs 5,000/- by cash towards security deposit at the reception during check-in and will be refunded during check-out post verification of the amenities for any damages, if any.

Dispute Resolution

The disputes, if any will be resolved under the laws of Goa jurisdiction.

Swimming Pool Rules: Strictly follow the Swimming Pool Rules for your stay

Timing of Swimming Pool is from 8 AM TO 8 PM
The Depth of pool: 1.50 m (5 Ft) everywhere, therefore Non swimmers are encouraged to use Baby pool.
Children below 12 must be accompanied by Adult.
Take shower before entering pool.
Use staircase to enter pool. Strictly No Diving.
Avoid climbing on overflow wall.
Do wear swimsuit only. Different attire is prohibited.
Use changing tent, provided inside the palm grove for changing your costume.
Use WC at Hotel reception.
For Food, Beverage and other, Seek service boy’s assistance.
While at Restaurant, wear T-Shirt over swimwear.
