About Property
Nestled in the heart of Parra- North Goa, this is a spacious 5 BHK Villa for max 24 guests. You can party here. There is a large private swimming pool that you can use. Every room has a comfortable double sized bed with an AC. We also provide floor mattresses for the extra guests. There are 4.5 bathrooms with hot or cold running water. Parra is a calm location and close to all the nightlife areas of Goa. You will be greeted with our friendly staff at the property. There are there to help you have a great holiday experience. There is a large swimming pool that you can use. There is a projector to watch live games. You will appreciate the location that you will have while you stay at this Villa.
Parra is one of the famous tourist spot in Goa. All the famous night life spots such as Larive, Hilltop, Mango Tree, Sunburn are very close by from this Villa. Please do visit Saturday night market during the season.
We can organize parties, Dj’s, Chef, dancers for your entertainment. We also allow you to play music at the property. After 10 pm the volume is reduced as per local law. These services cost extra. Please message me in advance if you need them.
Good news if you have pets on vacation. Pets are allowed at this property.

Booking and Check-In/Check-Out Policies.
- Advance Bookings: Guests must make a valid prepaid reservation and provide valid ID upon arrival.
- Check-In/Check-Out Timings: Check-in from 3:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-in/ check-out is subject to availability and chargeable at a rate of 1500/ Hour.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- Payment Terms: All payment are to be paid in advance during check-in and include accepted payment methods.
- Cancellation and Refunds: The reservation is non-refundable upon cancellations or no-shows.
Guest Conduct
- Noise Levels: “Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM”.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly Prohibited inside rooms and only allowed in designated areas (garden/ balcony areas).
- Prohibited Activities: Any illegal activities viz. excessive noise or disturbances will lead to eviction without a refund.
Liability and Security
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be chargeable against the breakage at the management’s decision.
- Valuables: The establishment is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
- Injury or Accidents: The property owner or Management is not responsible for any injuries occurred due to carelessness of guests, however a first aid kid is readily available at the reception for minor injuries.
Room and Property Use
- Maximum Occupancy: Each room is designated for a specific number of guests allowed. Any extra guests will bear an additional cost of 1,500.00/Person/Night and it has to be paid in advance during check-in.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Guests must maintain cleanliness and notify if any damages or malfunctions immediately on check-in to the Reception .
- Amenities: The house rules for the common amenities like Swimming Pool, Bar & Restaurant and Gazebo are strictly to be followed as per Management’s decision
- Outside Guests. Outside Guests are strictly not are allowed inside the room, however, they can meet at restaurant areas.
Food and Beverage
No self cooking is permitted. Preparation of food is allowed in the kitchen area with the help of Villa Chef only at a very reasonable rate. Guests must inform the food preferences to the Chef/ host directly. Violation to the rules will attract high penalty and it solely lies in the decision of Management.

Pets and Accessibility
- Pet Policy: Only trained Pets are allowed against a security deposit of Rs 10,000/- and will be refunded during check-out post verification of the amenities for any damages, if any.
- Accessibility: Specify facilities for guests with special needs, if applicable.
Force Majeure
Include a clause protecting the owner from liability for cancellations or inconveniences due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for violations of policies without refund.
Security Deposit
Guests have to deposit an amount of Rs 10,000/- by cash towards security deposit with the host/ care taker during check-in and will be refunded during check-out post verification of the amenities for any damages, if any.
Dispute Resolution
The disputes, if any will be resolved under the laws of Goa jurisdiction.
Swimming Pool Rules: Strictly follow the Swimming Pool Rules for your stay
- Timing of Swimming Pool is from 7 AM TO 11 PM.
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by Adult.
- Take shower before entering pool.
- Use staircase to enter pool. Strictly No Diving.
- Avoid climbing on overflow wall.
- Do wear swimsuit only. Different attire is prohibited.
